2009 Ventura County Bargaining Team Announced
Contract Negotiations to Begin
All nominations and election results were finalized March 13. The bargaining team has begun meeting to discuss the surveys and go through the 2007 MOU. There is still time to complete the bargaining survey on line but it’s important to begin setting priorities soon
Local 721 members are encouraged to contact their Worksite Organizer or a member of the bargaining team , if you believe your job classification or title is being paid below market.
Across the table negotiations will begin in May and the contract expires on Sept. 30. Contract Action Team meetings have started and preparations are being made for contract kick-off for early May. Get involved and step up for quality, public services.
