Stewards: Certification Process Extended to Feb. 29, 2012.

As indicated in the 721 Steward Certification Process (Article 12 –
 
Section A of the bylaws) all stewards are required to complete the following: 

  • Sign and return the attached Acknowledgement Request Form
  • Complete the steward petition with 10 or more signatures
  • Participate in a steward training class provided by Local 721 

As a certified steward you should be proud of your role to be a stronger voice for your coworkers and have more tools when working with management. You can take pride in your important position in a national movement fighting to improve the lives of working people, families and communities.


Please return the completed forms by the extended deadline of Feb. 29, 2011.
