LA County workers are picketing because the County is being an unresponsive bargaining partner. We want to close these negotiations and we want them to go smoothly, so we can focus on the work we do for LA County residents. But the County is dragging its feet and rejecting our proposals. We want them to sit down at the bargaining table and negotiate in good faith.
