
In August, Mayor Garcetti and IBEW Local 18 tentatively agreed to a four-year contract covering 8,200 DWP workers. IBEW had been negotiating with the city for almost 18 months. Their members are voting on the contract now.

-No raises for three years. Defers 2 percent COLA to year four.
-Entry level salary reduction for 34 common classes.
-Creates a second pension tier for new hires.
