Our Union, SEIU 721, is hard at work bargaining with Harbor Regional Center management on our contract reopener. Unfortunately, what management has put on the table so far is NOT acceptable:
- A caseload increase
- A telework decrease
- A 3 percent raise that doesn’t even cover the rising cost of living
Yet the Harbor Regional Center CEO is raking in $350,000 annually – and, on top of that, the Harbor Regional Center budget has increased by 8 percent.
It’s time for us to unite and fight for what is right. Management needs to hear directly from us!
