SEIU 721 took action after learning that full-timeRNs at the Riverside County Arlington Campus were not receiving the Behavioral Emergency Response Team (BERT) pay differential.
We filed a grievance, kept pushing to arbitration, and WON!
We then secured over $1 MILLION for affected members, 150% more than what the County originally offered!

Full-time SEIU 721 Riverside County RNs who worked at the Arlington Campus between March 26th, 2020, and December 14th, 2023, will receive BERT payments based on the percentage of time they worked during that period.*
