Ventura Superior Court 2026 ULP Strike Authorization

The Ventura Superior Court has repeatedly broken the law, leading to several Unfair Labor Practice charges being filed.

It’s time to show the Court that we aren’t going to take this abuse, and that SEIU 721 members deserve respect.

Our elected bargaining team has voted to launch an Unfair Labor Practice Strike Authorization vote beginning on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 8am.

Submit your ballot by Tuesday, September 29 at 10am.

Our bargaining team and CAT strongly recommend a YES vote.
